The Metalworking Group utilizes the most advanced laser cutting and CNC punching technology available.  Our investments in these technologies allow us to produce our customer's component parts at the highest quality standards and lowest possible costs.

Sheet processing capabilities up to 60"x120" and advanced nesting software allow us to nest parts to maximize sheet yields reducing the material cost and lowering the price of your parts. 

Linear drive motors and integrated right angle shears lower the cycle times required to cut each piece we produce.  Automated sheet loading and pallet changing technology means our customers don't pay for non-value added material handling costs.

With three laser cutting machines, three CNC turret punch presses, six CNC press brakes and nearly 100,000 square feet of Domestic manufacturing space, we have the capacity and systems in place to handle all your manufacturing requirements.  From complicated low volume assemblies to simple high volume metal components, you can trust that your parts will be delivered to your quality standards according to your production schedule.
