Machining

The Metalworking Group offers our customers a full range of CNC machining services.

Four axis CNC vertical machining centers eliminate the need to reposition parts during the machining cycle. Machine options such as through spindle coolant increase machine speeds and feeds. These technologies reduce non value added processes and help us improve cycle times which result in lower prices for our customers.

CNC turning centers with bar changing and bar feeding capabilities allow operators to run multiple machines simultaneously. Swiss Turning Centers with sub-spindles and live tooling will machine features that would traditionally need to be done in secondary operations. Our investments these state-of-the-art technologies allow us to offer higher quality product at reduced costs.

We handle most material types including aluminum, brass, stainless steel, plastic, and mild steel. We specialize in the machining of castings and extrusions.
